The old Master instructed the unhappy young man to put a handful of

DON'T GIVE UP!

As we go through difficult times, it happens for a reason.

We draw close to God and ask for direction.

During these times we experience who God is by His Spirit,

HE speaks to our Spirit in a quiet, peaceful way.

A lot of times we aren't aware of HIM speaking to us,
But through asking for "HIS" direction in what to do,

HE works things out "His" way and in "HIS" timing.

During all of this, HE is educating us in our Spirit and mind.

Most of the time you won't feel anything happening, but it is.
Most of the time, God uses pain or sadness to get our attention,
That is when it is very important to humble ourselves and seek HIM.

During this time, we have to ask God to take away any bitterness we
Might have towards someone, and any other sin we might have in our life.

During this process, HE is purifying us so that HE can use us for HIS plan.

In the end, HE works everything out the way HE wants it

And we will be satisfied with that

Because then we know we know HIM

For guidance and direction for the situation,

HE is responsible for the final outcome.

Because we don't belong to ourselves anymore,
We belong to HIM.

The only reason we were created, was to fellowship
With God and through that, we learn who HE is

And how HE reacts to different situations.

When we die and go to be with HIM we will know
HIM as we have known HIM forever.

This is all a learning process down here.

In heaven, we all will be very busy doing whatever.

God says in HIS Word that our minds

Cannot comprehend all that HE has for us,

So it must be really good!!

Don't give up on anything,

Don't let people rule your life and how you feel.

I had some free time, so what did I do?
I checked the computer to see if I'd heard from you.

I used to walk out to a box to retrieve mail
But I'd rather get it instantly than wait on the snail...

Checking my email is always fun
I usually get a joke or greeting from someone.

I feel so connected because on the other end
I know I've discovered a newfound friend.

When I've had a hard day and need to share
Here I can find a friend who will listen and care.

And to this friend I hope I let know
That I am always there for them also.

Isn't it a strange kind of bond we form?
It isn't exactly like the "norm"

But where is it written, face to face we have to be
For you to be a very good friend to me?

That little joke, or note, or even just a simple "Hi"
Could be like a ray of sunshine from the sky.

So, my online-pals, this is dedicated to you
For all the smiles you have made anew

May our friendship continue to grow
and the warmth we feel continue to flow.
